This July, the Viva la Mami Collective is hosting a special Family Meetup featuring a Children’s Book Swap Picnic at Horner Park Playground! This free community event combines outdoor fun with meaningful learning as we explore MomsRising/Mamás Con Poder – an organization dedicated to empowering mothers and families.
The highlight of our gathering will be a bilingual story-time at 11:00 am led by founder Jessica Cuevas, followed by our book swap where families can exchange gently used children’s books to build diverse home libraries.
Bring the whole family for a morning of community connection, educational empowerment, and outdoor play!
